The Client
IBM came to Answerthink (one of only five approved agencies for IBM globally)
to produce online marketing and a comprehensive website in five languages driven
by a content management system.
My Role
Project Manager / Producer
The Project
The project involved managing a team of Lotus Notes developers based in the USA
and Flash developers, designers and site builders based in the UK.
The Project required detailed attention to the IBM design and brand requirements
and IBM’s rigorous Internal testing processes. Technical challenges included
integrating Flash with Lotus Notes on the non-standard server configuration used
by IBM, and creating a site that was personalised through discreet user interaction.
The Outcome
The site was successfully launched to coincide with a fixed date direct marketing
campaign.
